Service Description
Initial Consultation $375 75 minute in office appointment with development of your personal therapeutic protocol including nutrition, supplements, detoxification modalities, mindfulness practices, sleep hygiene, exercise/movement and referrals if indicated. It includes review of extensive lab panel (that I will review days before your appointment) and 2 free follow up questions answered via the patient portal messaging system. Further follow up requires scheduling a virtual or in office follow up appointment.
Cancellation Policy
There is nonrefundable booking fee if cancellation or no show due to volume needing to be scheduled. Generally any labs and forms need to be completed about 1 weeks prior to appointment. I will be spending several hours going over forms and labs prior to consultation. Consultation includes recommendations for nutrition, supplements, movement/exercise, self care/mindfulness, clearing toxic burden, IV therapies and referrals if needed.
