About the event
This is a moderate to high intensity workout. Appropriate for those who have good balance and have been doing some regular exercise/movements. Modifications will be given to help accomodate variation of fittness levels. HIIT has been shown to be effetive mode for improving cardiorespiratory fitness because it an produce comparable restults to continuous exercise methods in a comprssed period of time and with a smaller volume of work. You should have recommendation from you healthcare provider before starting any new or higher intensity workout.
